A national account team is assigned to work with your account manager. This includes an installation/service coordinator, a sales engineer and a project manager to coordinate all of your installations, moves and additions.
Project Management creates a Multi-location Job Package to detail the full and complete “Scope of Work” for your approval. A copy of this job package is to be left on location for future reference.
We will service all of your locations, (Multi vendor) either on maintenance contracts or on a time and material basis.
We offers all of our customers’ service on any systems installed in their base. We also offer an “Advance Replacement Program” for telephone sets not in warranty or under maintenance contracts. This program will help you keep the cost down on repairs of telephones within your enterprise.
